Fred E. Durham III
Co-Founder, Chairman, and CEO

Fred E. Durham III has served as a member of CafePress’ Board of Directors since August, 1999. Mr. Durham is a Co-Founder and has served in various executive positions at CafePress since 1999. He was Chief Executive Officer and Chief Product Officer from 1999 to 2011 and returned to his leadership role of Chief Executive Officer in August 2014. Prior to founding CafePress.com, Mr. Durham launched several consumer and business technology companies along with long-time business partner, Maheesh Jain. Mr. Durham holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Northwestern University.

    Laurie C. Furber
    Director

    Laurie C. Furber has served as the Founder and Creative Director for Elsie Green House & Home since September 2011. She previously served as Senior Vice President of Merchandising for Pottery Barn from 1999 to 2011.  Beginning 1982, Furber held a variety of merchandising positions at Walt Disney Company and Eddie Bauer.  Furber holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from University of Utah and a degree in Sustainable Management from Presidio Graduate School.

    Anthony C. Allen

    Anthony C. Allen has served as a member of CafePress’ Board of Directors since May, 2015. Mr. Allen has held various positions at Sypris Solutions, Inc., and its predecessor since 1986. He has served as the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President since January 2015. Beginning in December 2004, he served as Vice President, Treasurer and Assistant Secretary, and prior to that, he held various other financial positions at Sypris and its predecessor since 1986. Sypris is a diversified provider of outsourced services and specialty products based in Louisville, Kentucky. Mr. Allen holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Eastern Kentucky University and an M.B.A. from Bellarmine University. He is also a certified public accountant.

    Mary Ann Arico

    Mary Ann Arico has served as a member of CafePress’ Board of Directors since July, 2016. Ms. Arico formed an investor relations and strategic positioning consulting firm Arico Advisory, LLC in early 2016. Prior to Arico Advisory, LLC, she served as the chief investor relations officer at HealthSouth from August 2008 until September 2015. Prior to joining HealthSouth, she served as director of investor relations at Mirant Corp., Duke Energy and Eastman Chemical Co. Prior to her investor relations position at Eastman Chemical, she held a variety of operations and staff positions beginning in 1983. Ms. Arico holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from of Pepperdine University.

    Kenneth T. McBride
    Director

    Kenneth T. McBride has served as a member of CafePress’ Board of Directors since May, 2015. Mr. McBride has served as the Chief Executive Officer and a board member of Stamps.com Inc. since August 2001. Stamps.com is a Nasdaq-traded provider of Internet-based mailing and shipping software for small businesses, eCommerce users, and large enterprises. Beginning in 1999 Mr. McBride has held various positions at Stamps.com, as President from 2001 until January 2012, as Chief Financial Officer from August 2000 to January 2004, and as Senior Director and Vice President of Finance from 1999 to 2000. Mr. McBride has also been Chairman of the board of directors of Stamps.com since January 2012. Mr. McBride holds a bachelor’s degree, with honors, and master’s degree, in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University. Mr. McBride also holds an M.B.A. from Stanford University, and was named the 2014 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year in Los Angeles.

    Roger D. Shannon

    Roger D. Shannon has served as a member of CafePress’ Board of Directors since November, 2016. Mr. Shannon has more than 20 years' experience leading financial organizations at large multi-national public companies. He has served as the Senior Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer of ADTRAN, Inc. since November 2015. He previously served as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Steel Technologies LLC from 2006 to 2015, and Assistant Treasurer and Director of Treasury of Brown-Forman Corporation from 1997 to 2006. Prior to that, Mr. Shannon held various other accounting and financial positions. Mr. Shannon holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Auburn University and an M.B.A. from University of Georgia. He is also a certified public accountant and a chartered financial analyst.

    Alan B. Howe

    Alan B. Howe, has served as the Co-founder and Managing Partner of Broadband Initiatives LLC, a boutique corporate advisory and consulting firm, since 2001. He served as Vice President of Strategic and Wireless Business Development for Covad Communications, Inc., a national broadband telecommunications company from May 2005 to October 2008. He served as CFO and Vice President of Corporate Development for Teletrac, Inc. from April 1995 to April 2001. Previously, he held various executive management positions for Sprint PCS, and Manufacturers Hanover Trust Company. He is currently a board member since 2013 and Chairman of the Board of Data I/O Corporation (NASDAQ: DAIO), a board member since 2009 and Vice Chairman of Determine, Inc. (NASDAQ: DTRM), a board member since 2017 of MagicJack Vocaltec (NASDAQ: CALL), a board member since 2017 of Widepoint Corporation (AMEX: WYY) and has served on a number of private and public boards including in the past five years including former reporting companies Urban Communications (TSX.V) and Qualstar. He has a Masters of Business Administration in Finance from Indiana University and a Bachelors of Science – Business Administration and Marketing from University of Illinois.
