Fred E. Durham, III, is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of CafePress. Mr. Durham served in various executive positions at CafePress from 1999 to 2011 including Chief Executive Officer and Chief Product Officer. In 2011, Mr. Durham transitioned out of his role of Chief Executive Officer with the company to pursue other opportunities. However, he remained an active founding member of the Board of Directors. In August of 2014, Mr. Durham returned to his leadership post with the company to guide CafePress in its next phase of innovation. Prior to founding CafePress.com, Durham launched several consumer and business technology companies along with long-time business partner, Maheesh Jain. Durham earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Northwestern University.
Phil Milliner is the Chief Financial Officer of CafePress. In August of 2016, Mr. Milliner was named Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining CafePress, Mr. Milliner served in roles of increasing responsibility at Churchill Downs from December 2004 through August 2016. In his time with the company, Mr. Milliner served as corporate controller, Vice President, Finance and Vice President, Business Operations. Prior to that, he held financial leadership and advisory roles at Ventas, Inc. from February 2004 through December 2004 and PricewaterhouseCoopers from January 1997 through February 2004. Mr. Milliner earned a B.A. in Accounting from Bellarmine College. He sits on the Board of Directors of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Kentuckiana.
